I love creating these petite paintings. They often begin as quiet explorations and later inspire larger works. Because I paint so many of them, I wanted a simple, meaningful way to title each piece. Over time, they began to feel a bit like my children, small, individual, and full of personality, so I started giving them popular children’s names. Each one stands on its own, yet carries the same care and intention as my larger paintings.
